Nice and soft and came in a protective/dust bag :)

Not what I expected. Really cheap and the fabric around the ring is too big. It would look so much better if it was tight. Disappointing

The material it is made of smells so bad. I am going to have to air it out until it stops smelling.

I agree with most reviews ....The bag DOES have a funky smell. I got my bag 2 days ago and the zipper above the front pocket is already broken and separated (won’t zip together). So bummed. I did email the seller and hoping to get help. After reading some reviews about the customer service not being good, I’m super bummed and hoping for a different outcome.

I have only been using this for a week and the strap broke and zipper stuck. However, the support team got back to me immediately and provided amazing customer service to make me whole!

Although the style of the handbag is super cute, I was disappointed in the shade of the handbag as well as the quality of the inside lining. I ordered the taupe gray, however when I received the bag it was more of a taupe and nothing like the picture which looked gray. I was looking for a gray purse and that is not what I got. I know monitors can effect the colors, but this was a big discrepancy in color. The lining isn't soft and therefore makes a lot of noise when you are digging around in your purse.
