Purse arrived without shoulder strap. I contacted customer service who quickly responded and shipped one out to me right away. Good business!

STINKS!!! So bad I have to leave it in the car or outside and the smell still wont go away. The zippers got stuck and its torn already. I just got it Friday and only used it for two days. I’m so unhappy with it.

Got them for my mom and my sister, they love the designs and can keep up with their keys much easier!

First, I have never used a backpack, I always carry a purse. The other day I placed all my stuff in my new backpack, which is very stylish, as I was going to be at the hospital for the birth of my grandson. One thing, everything fits and there is still plenty of room for snacks, socks and other stuff. The only think I would recommend is the top zipper to be longer allowing the bag to open wider. Did receive many compliments. I read the reviews and I have not had any problems with the zipper. After using the bag for 2 weeks, I have to update the gold zipper on the front pocket will not stay zipped. If you are careful, you can re-zip it to either open or close it but the middle teeth keep coming apart. Makes me sad... really like that pocket for my wallet

I wanted something to throw in the diaper bag when I go out and dont want to carry my wallet and this is perfect! I love that I can attach my keys too.

Disappointed in the appearance quality of the bag. Overall, it looks cheaply made. The color is darker than the online image made it appear.

The top zipper already broke with very light use- very disappointing only used two weeks! Very cute in person and now quickly unusable.
