Solid Color Slip-on Comfort Sandals

I ordered 4 pairs of these sandals in June! The red pair came apart the first or second time I wore then and I NEVER received the navy pair. I contacted the seller and was very pleased when they said they would send another pair of red sandals along with the navy pair or I could receive a refund. I chose the sandals. What a mistake! It is now August and I have NO sandals and I'm out $50! I wanted to settle this in private but I tried to use the contact seller button and much to my surprise (or maybe not!) it doesn't work! Sooooooo disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
