It is not off the shoulder. It is just a wider neck. I was really hoping for it to be off the shoulder, it would be much cuter that way. I am still going to wear it but would not recommend it if you definitely want it to be off the shoulder.

The color the color the color what color is this .. Its deffenitly not pink. Its full and makes your skin look dull if you wear it. I would like to either get my money back or just put it on my Jane account
