I am a 4/6 and got a small. They fit perfectly. The fabric is stretchy and the length is cute. I actually bought a second pair in another color because I love these so much!

Super comfy and true to size
I am 5'4" 114 and wear a size 0 jean. I ordered a small and these fit perfectly. There is some great stretch in them which I am assuming allows them to go to a size 4 or 6. As long as you are ok with them being pretty tights I would say go for it. Other than that I would say this would work for a size 0 or 2. The are great pants though and the color is perfect.
