I ordered 2 of these items on July 29th for a vacation that was due to start on August 13th based upon the statement by the seller that the items were scheduled to ship by August 5th. I received an email that they shipped on August 8th. I did not receive the items until August 29th. They seem to be a cute design, but they missed the mark on how long it took to receive them.

I’m very disappointed with this one. I can’t even make out the initials on it and I bought it for a gift for a nurse friend 😔

Perfect to keep little hands from getting cold. Only downside was my son's name was not centered. I would have ordered a blank one and personalized myself had I known.
