I love these shoes! Order 1/2 size smaller. They fit great!!

This are hands down the most comfy little shoes! I would size down 0.5-1 size though, they do fit a little big. Otherwise I want all of the styles!!

Love these shoes! I normally wear a 6.5-7 but I ordered a 6. Fit snug at first but after 1st wear they are perfect!

The company seems to have forgotten that Jane provides free returns. they want me to pay for the fact that their product is marked as true to size when, in reality, they are smaller than normal. Shoes are cute but company has terrible customer service!

I normally wear a size 8-8 1/2, so I ordered 8 1/2 to be safe and they were more like a size 7.

Worst Jane experience thus far. Got them and they were too small, so I sent them back to exchange. They delivered last Monday, tried emailing on Wednesday since I hadn’t heard from them. Never heard anything, tried emailing again yesterday. Finally heard back this morning and they refunded me saying that they don’t carry the shoes anymore???? above that, had to spend $13.00 to even ship them. What happened to free shipping for returns/exchanges that Jane is supposed to offer? Wish I would’ve known this all of this LAST week when they delivered for my vacation coming up- no sandals and now out of options.

Definitely not an 8.5, my coworker bought them from me and she is a true size 7 and fit her perfect. Very disappointed

I rated 4 stars BC overall I do love them. I do have a couple of complaints, however.. 1. Right away I noticed they were a little on the snug side, but I’m hoping I’ll be able to break them in a bit. 2. They are slippery on the bottom! I almost fell twice. 3. It’s probably BC they’re a little snug, but after wearing them for a couple of hours they started to rub on the top of my foot. Got sore from it. Even despite these issues (I would totally exchange for a half size larger if it was free), I think they’re cute & will work well for me this summer. UPDATE: changing to 2 stars. I’ve been wearing these for several days now & I have blisters. As cute as these are, I am not happy with them. Wish I never bought them.

These are a little smaller than I expected, and the upper portion of the shoe looks pretty cheap. I was disappointed and wouldn’t buy these again. :(

These look cute but aren’t so comfy. They rub on my feet on top. I’ve loosen them up but still have the same issue :/

Usually where a seven and these a just a tad small. The inside of the fake leather is scratchy, it will rub a blister on the top of my foot. The soles have a good arch and are comfortable. D/T shipping costs I will not return. Hopefully they will break in.

These shoes are beyond stiff! I'm hoping with wear they will loosen up, but they feel very cheap. I've ordered similar shoes from Jane with no problems. EDIT: These have loosened enough to wear, so I added a star, but still not the best.

Runs small

I usually wear 8.5 in sandals and heels, these were too small, I think a 9 would have fit though. I thought the sounds were very comfortable for trying them on but I wasn’t a fan of the actual material on top. It seemed too thin to me. If I would have ordered a 9 I would have kept them but they don’t fit at all so I will be returning them.
