I was sent the wrong shoe. When I mailed it back, they told me I would receive the correct pair. Unfortunately, I was just informed they sold out of the shoe I ordered in the size. They did refund my money, but only when I messaged to ask when they were going to send the correct pair because It had been weeks since I heard anything.I’m a little annoyed with their lack of communication. it was their mistake and now I’m unable to get the correct shoes I ordered and wasn’t given any other option. Very disappointed. bad business.

Shoes were really cute but too big. I emailed the company to get a refund. I shipped them within 3 days of receiving them. It took half the price I payed for the shoes to ship back. It’s been 10 days since they have received the item and they still haven’t sent me a refund. I have emailed the company (Costume Design Threads) again but no reply or refund from them. Very disappointed!!

I’m so disappointed. I have tried to email and even sent in a form for a refund because the shoes did not fit and I can not get someone to contact me back. I have sent 2 emails. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Were returned said they refunded however, my bank says they never issued the refund. I had to dispute the charge along with another pair of shoes that were shipped together.

Cute, before I put them on! When I got them they were so extra wide my feet were slipping out of them and looked huge! I wear a size 9 and have never had an issue with a shoe being too big. They are not true to size, unless I were pregnant and extremely swollen! I contacted the seller and they said the sizes are determined according to the foot size of the seller, or something like that. I would not waste your money. I didn’t even return them because of the cost of shipping them back. I won’t ever buy shoes from Jane again.

It looked very cheap and the quality wasn't what I expected. It looked like I could have purchased it at a discount store.

I usually wear a size 9 shoe so ordered a 9 and they were huge. Cute but not wearable

I normally wear a 6.5 so I bought a 6. My heels were coming out of them but the balls of my feet were scrunched up. So the fit was off but also the sole of them wasn’t cushioned enough and I found them uncomfortable, so I returned them instead of exchanging.

Still haven’t received the sneakers it’s been weeks since I ordered and estimated delivery was 3/16.

bottom of shoe fell apart after wearing 5 times. contacted seller. they stated nothing they could do because it was past 14 days. I am very disappointed with shoes that I cannot wear.

These are too big. The sizing is not accurate at all, and I can't find how to return them.
