Love this jacket- super soft and warm without being heavy. My only complaints are that the shoulders are a bit tight despite the rest fitting well and the zipper on the pockets are heavy duty enough that they kinda bite at my hand when I put them in.

Comfy, and super cute. They are kind of 'sharp', or rub uncomfortably at the top.

It took a while but I did receive my item. However, it didn’t fit well. I am petite in size but my regular size wa small in the arms and chest width. It is hard to contact customer service. No way to contact by phone, only by email. Buyer beware: they do not provide return shipping label and cost $20.00 in shipping charges to send the item back to California. I am very disappointed in not only the item, but customer service as well.

This jacket is adorable. It doesn’t have a lot of give so I would say if you are on the end of the sizing, I would size up. My daughter is a size 4 and I got the small and it was on the cusp of being too small.

It’s so soft and wonderful, but I’m so sad that it runs so small. The large is more like a medium. Plus you have to pay shipping to return it.

I am 5'8" and 135 lbs, I have another sherpa jacket that fits small so I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. Love the color and the feel of the jacket.
