Was excited to order these tees for Christmas Eve but when I opened the package they were at least 2 sizes too big. I decided to wait and return them after the crazy shipping holiday and then they would not accept them. I pretty much threw $80 out the window. Do not order from this company as they say these are all special order items and cannot be returned.
We apologize that you were not satisfied with your purchase. Sizing and the Jane.com customized/handmade policy was included on this deal, as the items were custom made upon order in the size, saying, and tee color of choice upon order. We did our best to ensure it was clear that this was a custom/handmade item, but apologize that you as the customer felt it was unclear. We do appreciate your business and apologize this purchase didn't work out.
