Ordered this cute sandal with high expectations only to receive two different size shoes from the seller. Not only would the seller not respond to my emails but I still haven't received a refund after contacting Jane customer service. The seller does not have good customer service.

Very cute but they pinch between toes. Not sure if a size up would help. I really wanted these to work out. But for the price I expected more comfort :(. The return process is a nightmare! why can't you make these easier/simple? I have submitted a request for return twice now and have yet to hear from you.
