I received a damaged item ( stitching was not attached to ankle closure leaving one shoe unable to be worn). Sent back to vendor for refund of item plus shipping charges according to Jane's return policy. Vendor stated by email that they would investigate the damage and issue a refund if damage was present. Almost a month later, I have not heard from the vendor and I have not received a refund.
These run small. I ordered my normal size and they barely fit. It also took them longer than the estimated shipping time to even ship them.
