I ordered a 7, and I’m usually a 7 ½. They fit perfect, and are super cute!

Want to return please advise they Dont fit

You sent me the wrong size.

Show ran very large. I normally wear 6.5-7 and ordered a 6.5 which flop when I walk. Now to send back would have to pay more shipping.

I wear a size 8 and ordered an 8, they were very big. Item says true to size, but they run very big. They wouldn't allow me to return as I received them and then was out of town and had them longer than 14 days. Very disappointed.

Very Disappointed. These run extremely big. Too much of a hassle to return and pay for shipping for a refund or exchange. Regret purchasing these. Don't waste your money on this particular boot the fit on these are horrible

how do I get a small size?

I normally wear a size 5.5/6 boot, and bought a 5.5. Cute shoe but so ridiculously large. I even stuffed socks in the toe and put bra pads around the heel to try to make them fit. Strict return policy so now I'm stuck with a boot I can't wear. At least they are cute to look at.

Were returned said they refunded however, my bank says they never issued the refund. I had to dispute the charge along with another pair of shoes that were shipped together. ***Will never purchase from this vendor again. This is the second issue I’ve had with them within the month.

I wear between a seven and 7 1/2 and ordered a size 7 based on other reviews and the shoes were at least a whole size too big. Unfortunately I was unable to open the package and try them on and was a few days late past the 14 day return policy and the seller refused to return them.

Went a size down from other reviews. The slit is way to far down so every time you step your foot pops out. And the return is to much hassle. Don’t recommend.

1 review said they were true to size or either ran small & to order up. I'm a snug 6.5 in most shoes & can wear a 7 very comfortably... these were so big!! So disappointed because they are so cute and sold out. Now having to send back for refund:(
