Great every day bag!! It's nice to use this bag when my family goes on a long trip and it keeps all my son's things in one place.

Ordered this almost a month ago, never received it and just now got an email that I received a refund and I have no idea why. I never received any communication from Custom Design Threads on why the item was never delivered and was refunded.

Love, LOVE, LOVE my bag!! I ordered mustard and get compliments daily. I ended up ordering 5 more...one for each of my sisters. I have been happy with their bags too. Had a slight issue but it was quickly resolved with customer service 👍🏻

Arrived in good condition and as described. Looks feels very stable. Size is just what I wanted... and should hold 2-3 days worth of clothes when minimumly packing! Would recommend to others.

Never received. No answer to emails.

Ran small and was going to cost way to much to return.

Bag is pretty, but bow is attached with a metal hook instead of stitching so it moves around, out of place. Also, shipping took a week less than a month! I received shipping info relatively quickly, but UPS said they were waiting for the package. When I emailed them, they said they'd look into and get back to me. I think I must have reminded them to get it in the mail finally because shortly afterward I received the actual shipping info. I never did hear back from them.

Although the purse looks great, the zippers leave a lot to be desired, and the shoulder strap makes the purse hang a little crazy. Overall I gave it 3 stars because I think it will work for probably one season. BTW, the bow is attached to one of the handles with a D-ring and cannot be removed. The handles cannot be removed either, so if you are going to use the shoulder strap, it looks a little weird.

Fit big/loose but I love them! I wear on Fridays for high school fball game day.
