My bag came in damaged from shipping. I contacted the shop and they sent a new one right away with no questions asked. They were quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I absolutely love this bag! And the quality was good.

I would rate my experience with this shop 0 stars if I could. I ordered this item and sized up based on their recommendation. The item comes in and is too big. The item is out of stock in my size so I sent the item back for a refund. I contacted the shop with the tracking information. I even updated them stating it was being held at their local post office. The item was delivered 1/2 and here I am 10 days later without a response or a refund. Terrible experience with this shop. I understand this was during the holidays and there are delays, but communication is key!

I loved these booties but they were too big. 😕 Gave then to my daughter.

Super soft and warm!

The zippers do not work. I wasn't concerned about the interior smaller pockets, but when the main zipper won't work to allow you to secure your belongings, it's very disappointing.

I’m pretty true to a size 8.5 and these were a little big, so I’d go for a half size smaller next time.
