They recommended sizing up a 1/2 size, so I did & they were WAY too small still. Obviously, they’re cute & for $25, you’re not going to expect Nike’s. But I still wasn’t impressed with the quality of them.

Perfect heel height for work. Very cute and quite comfortable for the price. I see these will be on rotation once school starts. I normally wear 8-8.5 and ordered these in 8.5

This is really cute and my laptop fits inside but it took FOREVER to arrive and it’s got a stain on the front.

This bag is amazing! It looks exactly as pictured (I got the jungle print) and is such great quality. I love how it opens at the top. I plan on using it as a beach bag this summer, and a travel bag the rest of the year. I used it the other day and managed to fit my (huge) makeup bag and 2 changes of clothes in it, with plenty of room to spare. This is one of my favorite Jane purchases of all time. Also, shipping took a little bit of time, but definitely not so long that I felt the need to complain about it. All around a great buy!

These are so cute! They are comfortable, and well made. The ankle area is a little big for me, but not bad. I ordered my normal size, and they fit perfectly. Very fast shipping!

Very comfy, true to size

Firstly, I haven't received it. It was ordered on July 4 and it's the 19th? Not sure why it could take so long from California to Colorado. Secondly, I ordered on the 4th of July with free shipping but I was charged $9 for shipping. Not happy with this and have had no communication on why.

I’m leaving 3 stars only because of the shipping. This order was placed July 2 and it is now July 19 and I still don’t have it. However, the seller ships using DHL and they are just slow. I try to avoid making a purchase if DHL is the used but I didn’t know until inquiring about the status of the order. Customer service was very nice though. I will update the review when I finally receive the item. I finally received the item July 24! So I’m still out the warning out there on the DHL shipping - it sits for DAYS before being picked up from seller or moving between locations. As far as the bag ... it depends on what you’re after. The bag is very sturdy. If you’re after a rugged bag then this is great. If you’re after the casual bag they have loosely tossed over a shoulder in the pictures, this is not the bag for you - price or style/fit. I wanted it to serve as a purse for a vintage/antique/flea market shopping trip to free up hands and eliminate a clunky bag hanging off my shoulder ... but I still wanted it to be cute and stylish. This doesn’t fit the bill. It’s super stiff and doesn’t really hang on the back right and certainly can’t be casually tossed over a shoulder. But like I said it’s very sturdy for a hike or camping or even a day at the beach.
