Three stars because they are cute. Boot runs half a size to a whole size larger. Also feels like you are walking on cardboard. Not cushioned at all. For comfy reasons it gets a one star.

These boots were very low quality. I have only had them for a month and both of the heels have torn and ripped off. Would not buy again.

strap on top of foot is uncomfortable. I ordered 1/2 size bigger than I usually wear and those fit.
