Were returned said they refunded however, my bank says they never issued the refund. I had to dispute the charge along with another pair of shoes that were shipped together. ***Will never purchase from this vendor again. This is the second issue I’ve had with them within the month.

I ordered a 10...could've used a 9.5 but I am keeping them and just wearing socks with them

I normally wear 5-5.5 I have several 5.5 booties in my closet that fit perfect. These were a tad big and wide I wore thick socks and that helped however they still look wide especially around the ankles! I still love them though and I received lots of compliments 😊

I normally wear a size 5.5/6 boot, and bought a 5.5. Cute shoe but so ridiculously large. I even stuffed socks in the toe and put bra pads around the heel to try to make them fit. Strict return policy so now I'm stuck with a boot I can't wear. At least they are cute to look at.

I normally wear size 8 and that is what I ordered - fits very well! These are comfy and cute!

These are great! I got these yesterday, and wore them to work today. They fit great, they're comfortable, and they're exactly what I was hoping for when I bought them. Be sure to wear your tiniest no-show socks, because these are true ankle booties. Also, the seller is quick to respond to questions, and exhibits great customer service.

Runs big. Ordered a 9 and should have ordered an 8.5.
