Never received the boots filed a claim with postal service as suggested and they did not find them. I have not received a refund after contacting them or a pair of boots. This is the first item I have bought on Jane.com that I have had an issue and I have bought many and suggested the website to all. Extremely disappointed!
Perfect fit! They’re super comfy and look so cute with jeans and with dresses. My new favorite boots 😍
I ordered my normal size and they were definitely 1/2 size larger . I still like them a lot though! Very comfy!
Very cute boots! They did not stay on my foot though with the way they are designed. The length fits well, true to size, but the slit makes them more like flip flops for me.
Had to contact Jane a week after seller received my return to actually get my refund
