weird fitting shoes.....the ankle area was abnormally wide and large, I sent them back. I would suggest maybe a 1/2 size smaller?
Ran super big- 1 1/2 sizes. Tried to return but couldn't. I hate wasting money.
Boots were too big. I contacted the seller and I was told I could return for a refund or another pair in the correct size if the product was available. Product was returned in the time specified and I had delivery confirmation. I have yet to receive a refund or pair of boots. Boots were returned back on November 28, 2016.
The suede booties look and feel cheap in person. I'll be returning.
Cute boots! I'm a true 9 Medium/Wide and these ran big - an 8.5 probably would have worked.
They are too big. Size 9 really fits like a 9.5. Not sure what to do now. Can I return?
