Definitely not what I expected. They’re hard to keep on my feet and I didn’t realize they had a heel on them. ☹️

I can’t rate this item I haven’t received it yet. I ordered it the end of October it says they ship within 4 days. It has been over a month and still haven’t gotten it.

Ordered these shoes, they never shipped, emailed them and never heard back. Item says it got refunded.

Absolutely love this jacket. It’s wonderful, warm and cozy. With the fur in the inside it’s a little snug.

Would leave zero stars if I could, I ordered this on October 26th, it’s November 26th & I still haven’t received it. It was supposed to ship on October 29th, it never shipped. I emailed the seller, they never responded. Reported this to PayPal so I can get my money back.

I got a large. Im 135/34D. Good fit if you want a little baggy. These are super warm and soft. I have 2.

I ordered this jacket a month ago, it said it was scheduled to ship October 29. It is now nov 18, has not shipped and I have contacted the seller to find out what the ship date would be and two week later have not gotten any response. I would like to just cancel my order but no one will reply to me.

I do but it runs big. 5 1/2 fits more like 6.

They Run big

The sleeves are short in length for what I like on a size medium. The button also doesn’t come undone so it makes a tight squeeze to get hand through end of sleeve. Very warm and good quality.

Upset reversible sherpa coat color was faded grey. I was instructed to return and pay shipping. Custom Design Threads declined to take ownership and never compromise with partial shipping. Never unpack the item therefore unsure about quality; poor customer service. Shipping was 12.25 therefore now paying over $17.
