I normally wear a size 8-8 1/2, so I ordered 8 1/2 to be safe and they were more like a size 7.

I normally wear a 7 and in this shoe I might of been able to go up half a size. They rub awful blisters on my heel. Otherwise they are awesome. I'm hoping with a little more wear they will stretch
