I purchased an XL. I’m a ladies US size 12. This did not come close to fitting me. It would fit a juniors large. In ladies, the XL fits like a medium would normally fit. Very disappointing! I sent an email to seller. They wanted me to pay return shipping, plus they would not refund my original shipping. Basically I am eating the cost of all this shipping, even though they misrepresented the item! Very frustrating! $34.06 wasted!

The boots didn’t fit at all! Stuck with them because I am in Iowa and can only return to California.

a bit tight for my normal shoe size which makes them a little hard to wear, but they are super cute!

The quality of these are less then desirable, even for the price I paid. The inserts aren’t attached to the sole of the shoe which is rather annoying. Probably my least favorite item I’ve ordered from Jane.
I’m more than a little disappointed. First of all, the taupe color looks MUCH lighter in the pictures than the actual boot. Not what I was expecting. Then, the seller suggested sizing down 1/2 size, which I did, and now I have boots that are too small. If I would have ordered my regular size, they would fit fine. Stick to your normal size!!
