Incorrect name on towel. My daughter was very disappointed to see a boy named on her mermaid towel. Tried to contact the company two different times and they never responded to my emails.

Purchased as a gift. I understand it’s a custom product but I still felt shipping was slow. I doubt the words will last long- seems cheaply made.
