Received the item and it was printed with a semicolon instead of a comma. I reached out to the seller and they said the order they had received was as printed even after I provided proof that the order was 100% with a comma. Very disappointed. Will not purchase anything else from this company.

Product was supposed to be mailed by may 27. Still have not received. I have emailed seller twice with no response. Very disappointed customer.

I buy one every year because the HOT Oklahoma sun makes it hard to last move than that but I love it.

Have not received item. It was supposed to ship TWO weeks ago. Last week I reached out and was told they were “checking in it with production” but I have not received an update and it still shows “processing” in the Jane app. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU HOPE TO GET YOUR ITEM (at least if you are trying for customization).

The embroidery was great. The towels were extremely light weight, poor quality.
