Poor quality! Very thin! I could have bought a much nicer towel for less!

Was charged 20.00 shipping on 3 towels that all came in a small box and it took forever to get the items.

Unfortunately my towel arrived with only two letters of the name. When I checked back at the order, it shows only those two letters, but I know I typed in the whole name. Not sure what happened but there obviously isn't any quality control, as you would think someone would reach out to me to ask if NA is really the name I want on the towel.

I was so impressed with these baskets! I almost ordered some very similar ones from pottery barn, but they would have been triple the price. I am so glad I didn’t, because these are well made and precious!

I was sent the wrong doormat--wrong design and wrong last name. I reached out to the company and was told I would receive a replacement. Its been three weeks, no replacement. When I reached out to the company again, I was told that they would contact production for an update--that was 8 days ago and no response. I am not satisfied.
