I just received these in the mail today after waiting several weeks to arrive. I ordered two of them and both were delivered in a box with no protective wrap so both of them arrived broken into small pieces! Terrible way to ship fragile items. Others had stated the same thing happened to them but I thought my luck would be better, but no such luck. I will be sending them back and would not recommend purchasing these due to the terrible shipping method which cost me $17.00!!!!

It took a long time to arrive, but totally worth the wait! The dish is heavy, great quality, and the personalization is wonderful. Beyond excited to gift this during Christmas time!

Arrived broken. Very disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered this casserole dish with a promised ship date and never received the order. After two inquiries as to where my order was and no reply, I will have to dispute a claim with Jane. Customer service is obviously not a priority.

These are just a mat insert! The seller was very clear with this, so I knew up front. I bought two and they are amazing. I get so many compliments on them and I think it’s due the personalized touch. I hope they sell more. I will buy one for every holiday and season! You won’t be disappointed. Also, they were free shipping 🤗

I would leave zero stars if possible. Was supposed to ship by September 30, but has yet to ship (and it’s October 10th). Cannot get a hold of a person to ask where it is.

Super cute! A little bigger than a standard case

It is very nice. My one complaint is that it has no finish on it. It will get scratches after use. It needs a coat of polyurethane or other type.
