I thought the doormat would be thicker, but it’s still great quality and very well done.

Good quality mat, good weight but not too heavy or bulky !

Real cute! Can you tell me if they can be used outside?

I like the product. However, I assumed that the name would need to be provided and the remainder of what is on the rug would be automatic. Mine came with only the family name and not the “The” in front of it as seen on the one I selected. I even called to make sure I did it right three times and each time I was told it would be but they couldn’t see my order because it still showed “processing”. If it were mine it wouldn’t matter but this is a gift.

The picture made the doormat appear to be the thicker, coarse material you think of when you see a doormat. This is very thin, would be better for inside.

Thin and flimsy.

The mat could have been a little heavier. Especially with the Texas wind. Otherwise the colors are perfect.

The items where wonderful. Thanks for the prompt response and the dogs love their new Christmas bannda.

Way too large for my little puppy...it covers his body and it's so stiff!

Took quite some time to get here. Easily assembled.

Quality was not as I expected

I like it, although I expected it to be metal. I should have thought it through better.
