The personalized insert is ok, but the actual basket is a piece of crap. I would like my money back. The basket was painted white with cheap paint that was chipping and coming off when I took the basket out of the box. It also wreaked of chemicals from the paint that was used. It made my entire kitchen smell horrible. I’m going to have to purchase my own basket at a craft store and put the insert in there. I wouldn’t order this product again, nor would I recommend it.
