I loved this bag but when I received it the zipper on the front pocket was broken. I contacted Jane to either get a new one sent to me or a refund and they asked for photos. I sent them photos of my damaged bag and now it has been two days and I have not had any return communication. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service as I have spent a lot of money with Jane only to have a damaged bag and no communication on a refund. Not happy!!

True to size, I order a M perfect fit, not too thick not too thin just perfect for fall, got a lot of compliments

My new favorite jeans! They have a wonderful feel with just a little stretch! I normally wear a 27 but took a chance and ordered one size smaller bc they were out! They fit perfect and I guess that small amount of stretch was what I needed to fit into these. I never get lucky with finding good jeans and I hit the jackpot with these!

Nice color and size however… it’s very cheaply made and the zipper broke immediately.

I love this top! I wear a small and it ran true to size for me. It looks great with the front tucked in to a pair of jeans! The material does not have a stretch to it, but the I love the embroidery on the sleeves! Very pretty!

Looking forward to wearing it when colder weather hits.
