Monogrammed to me means stitched. The letters in name are iron-on and have a plastic feel to them. As are the polka dots on pajama pants! I am disappointed. The cost does not equal quality in this product.

Super cute and comfy, but I normally wear a large and the large was way too big.

I know it said it runs big but I am anywhere from a med to large in some styles so I ordered both and it was very large and not flattering. It looks a lot better in the picture, but I know the model is taller than me and is wearing a small so I thought I would be ok to get a medium and being 5'3". Also I ordered on Sept 29th and emailed the seller on Oct 10th to see when it would ship. I didn't receive a response, but it was mailed that day. I don't know what the delay was. Also I haven't received any responses back how I can return the item.
