One of my items was incorrect (girl bunny instead of boy bunny). I emailed shop owner, was responsive and said would replace. Almost a week before Easter, I emailed back asking if there was a shipping notification because I had yet to receive item.. no response from seller and have yet to receive replacement. 7 out of 8 kids in my family had cute tags, 1 did not…. Very disappointed..

I was so excited to get this item for Father’s Day. After receiving the item I was sad to see that they had incorrectly done part of the customization. I tried to email the seller, but the email never went thru. I still am hoping that I can get in contact with the seller so we can work something out because it is so cute!
