UPDATE 5/3/21: my initial contact email about the broken sign, had not gone through to the seller...however, after seeing my original review, the seller reached out, and offered to make everything better, by Re-creating a new sign, and shipped it out as soon as she was able, at no additional cost to me, nor did she request the original sign back. As initially anticipated, the sign was awesome and I truly appreciated the heartfelt message from the seller, making everything right and absolutely perfect!!! I LOVE my sons sign, as does he, we even had customized colors that she had duplicated for his name! It is a beautiful piece for any Disney Fan and I would highly recommend! Please, if you do have any issues, and do not here back from the seller...try to reach out again, until you actually hear back from the seller, as I was not aware of the message not being received, nor was she. Christina was amazing to work with, and even sent us an added countdown sign...such a pleasant surprise!
ORIGINAL REVIEW - REVISED in 5/3
I could not wait to get this sign for my son’s birthday gift! Upon receiving it, I opened the box, and amidst the bubble wrap, you can see that the little flag above one of his letters was broken. I reached out to the designer, sent photos and asked what to do, and received NO RESPONSE! I still have his sign, and temporarily glued the crooked flag, but with the cost paid, I am still so very disappointed...it looked as though the shipping was fine, and the damage occurred before it was shipped.
