The shirt didn’t look like picture.. The six fit like a small

I originally left a 1-star review for this sweater because the one I received was incorrectly sized and misshaped. The seller immediately reached out and offered help! I returned the sweater and thought I would just be refunded the cost. BUT the seller then reached out to me again, expressed their own dissatisfaction with the sweater, offered to send me a new sweater at no cost, and refund shipping fees! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD. Nice quality
The quality was very nice, however I felt like it ran a little small. I wear a 16 usually and got a 14-16 size but feel like it didn't wear as far off the shoulder as I would have liked or as I would have thought seeing the photo. Other than the size it was a nice shirt!

Order 1 size up for the best off shoulder look. The fit is right on but I wanted it to be a little looser for that look.
