I'm 5’7 and 164 lbs. I ordered a large and the top fits me and my build perfectly. This was my first purchase from Jane and was pleased with delivery speed and quality.

When I did not receive my order, I contacted the seller. Her response was "maybe it was stolen". Then she said to contact [email protected]. I have never dealt with a business who compĺetely ignores a customers issue with delivery. I asked for a replacement OR refund. I would rather have what I ordered. As a business owner myself, I know its a tax write off to send a replacement and you keep customers happy. Very poor business ethics and customer service. Good customer service would have prevented this negative review. (over a $10 shirt 🤔🙄)

I would give it 5 stars, but it is way too big for me and have been unsuccessful in contacting the seller to exchange. I wear an 8/10 and this seems more in line with a 12.
