Yellow Box USA Flip Flops

I have been waiting since March for my order. I have emailed the seller 3 times with no response. When I track package it just says a label was created on March 23rd but nothing else. It is now April 24th and no sign whatsoever. Not happy!

Yellow Box Luxe Flip Flop Collection

I have purchased at least 6 pair of yellow box flippers from this seller just in the last 2-3 months. I tried to buy EIGHT others but they included the ridiculous shipping charges so NOPE! I appreciate the ones I purchased with no shipping on them but this seller lost a few hundred in sales to me because of shipping charges. I have 2 other orders to review from this boutique & I'm just gonna copy/paste

Hey there! We are so excited to have you as a SUPER VIP customer and excited that you love our YELLOW BOX flip flops! But sadly.. yes.. the shipping charges are crazy expensive from USPS (the cost that USPS postal service charge us is typically $5-$6.50 PER box of shoes to ship .. USPS raised their shipping rates last year almost 20% from the year before.. which really upset all the sellers here on jane.. and for shoes.. due to the weight and size of the flip flops/box.. its crazy expensive.. we just charge $3.99-$4.99 to the jane.com customer and we take a loss on the rest of the shipping charges.. but yes we AGREE with you.. the shipping charges from USPS are expensive!! The good thing is.. the flip flops are amazing quality (they don't fall apart after tons of wear).. but feel free to email us [email protected] and we can help you with the FULL collection of flip flops :) Thank you for being such an awesome customer.. and we look forward to hearing from you! we are happy to help!!!
