I am so sorry you had a bad experience with our customer service :( Most customers comment that we have Awesome and Super Fast customer service.. so I am hoping that there was a misunderstanding if you needed help or exchange with your flip flop order? Did the flip flops fit or was there a sizing issue? (or did you need to exchange?). Yellow Box is the most comfortable flip flops ever.. and we hope you love the high-quality.. yes they are a little higher in price.. but these do not fall apart or tear like cheaper priced flip flops.. Kut From The Kloth Bermuda Shorts | 4 Colors | 0-18

Great pair of shorts. I had heard good things about Kut from the Kloth and it lived up to all of the hype. Excellent fit and quality. These are not stretchy like some of my other pairs of shorts so I do have to wear a belt because my waist is a smaller size than my hips and butt, but still great shorts!

I usually wear a size 8 but, I got 7 1/2 in these and they fit perfectly. I got the orange color it is very pretty and so comfortable I ordered the black pair. I would recommend these to friends and family. There is nothing that I don’t like about them. This is my first pair of yellow box and I am going to order more for sure!
