They sent to wrong flip flops, notified them and returned the wrong pair. They said they would send the correct pair when they received my return but apparently they didn’t hold them and they sold out. Won’t buy from them again!

I ordered my sandals a few weeks ago and have yet to receive them!

I have been waiting since March for my order. I have emailed the seller 3 times with no response. When I track package it just says a label was created on March 23rd but nothing else. It is now April 24th and no sign whatsoever. Not happy!

Ordered in the 24th of April, they printed the shipping label and the product has not moved. Contacted seller with no response and you can not get a refund when they create the shipping label.

I ordered the denim color. Was notified they didn’t have it. Was asked to select a different color, which I did(navy). However, I was sent black. Now I have to pay to ship back to seller. Won’t be dealing with this seller again! I’m adding to this review: After spending almost $9 to ship purchase back to seller, the package was returned to me today with a note saying that the address does not exist, despite being verified by the post office when I shipped package. I will not be making any future purchases from this seller.

I'm sure the shoes are fine, I've been a YellowBox fan for years, but I have yet to receive them 23 days after ordering. I ordered these May 7 for Memorial Weekend. They did not ship until May 19, which seems excessive (listing said 4-6 days, as I recall), but they were due to arrive May 25 so all seemed OK. Then, through no fault of the seller, they went from CA to HAWAII. I'm in Michigan. It's now May 30; still not here and no useful info on USPS site. While I blame USPS for the misrouting and slow delivery, I feel had they been shipped timely they likely would've arrived in time. So 5 stars for the product, 1 star for the service, averages out to 3 stars.

The reason I am leaving three stars is because I was sent the wrong style and I would have preferred the one I choose Although I still liked the pattern I got I was just a little disappointed not to receive what I was hoping to get and paid for

It was not a good comfortable fit, my foot kept sliding out of it and it was a little too long in length.

Very soft & comfortable! Cute stars & stripes pattern.

Size runs big. I normally wear a 71/2 should of ordered a size 7. Comfy though.

Go a half size bigger at least than you think you’d be.

I usually wear a 7 and ordered a 7. They are a tiny bit short and a wider style than I usually wear but will keep them.

I have purchased at least 6 pair of yellow box flippers from this seller just in the last 2-3 months. I tried to buy EIGHT others but they included the ridiculous shipping charges so NOPE! I appreciate the ones I purchased with no shipping on them but this seller lost a few hundred in sales to me because of shipping charges. I have 2 other orders to review from this boutique & I'm just gonna copy/paste

LOVE THEM!! Even though I did see them on sale at Belk for $16.99 this weekend and I paid much more for them.
