Nice but runs small

It is now the end of September and I have not received it yet.
I order 2 of these for Christmas gifts. This company sent me 2 jumpers with large holes in both jumpers. When I reached out to the company they will not do anything because it has been longer than 21 days. Truly unacceptable way to do business. Very poor quality.
It's very soft and cute but when I got it out of the package the tail was already ripping off and there was a hole in the crotch area. It will be easy to sew up but still disappointing.

Fits very true to size and I love that it looks like the length of a regular shirt on me & not a tunic like shirt.

I usually wear a small, ordered a small. Has a very loose fit. Fabric washes well.
The hat is cute but the packaging I received it in was awful. It obviously didn't fit in the shipping bag so it was shoved in and the glue closure was all over the hat so I have been picking dried glue off of the hat.
Cute and will be good for my upcoming cruise but it has a smaller brim than I expected. I didn't read the description closely enough.
