It runs way too small (and I even ordered a size up). It's really unflattering because it's too short but way too wide.

need to return. ordered an XL and fits more like a M/L. super thin! not thick at all which is what i was hoping for. also not off the shoulder, more ‘scoop neck.’ rough material. :(

Not at all as pictured! Runs very small, material is thin & its more of a boat neck than an off the shoulder. Needless to say I Do not recommend it! Very disappointing

This is not an off shoulder tunic. It might fit a five-year-old whose body is only 12 inches across. It’s not barely even a boatneck. The only way to get it to look like it does on the model is to stretch it to its limit. At that point it is tight, uncomfortable and obviously stretched out. I am a S/4 and I bought a medium and it still looks nothing like it does in the picture. This is a wide neck loose sweatshirt. The model is definitely not wearing a small. Not impressed. Won’t be buying from this seller again.

This cardigan fit larger than the suggested sizing. I emailed the company twice to see if I could exchange the item and I never heard from them for two weeks. I read the exchange policy and decided that I should send it back to exchange as I felt I met the requirements for the policy. I attached a paper copy of my exchange request emails in the package. I finally received an email from them once my package arrived and they said they could not do the exchange as the sweater was not in the original condition. All I did with the sweater was try it on and folded it up once I realized it was too big. I emailed them back questioning their decision and I have yet to hear anything back. So, essentially I have paid for a sweater that they have decided to keep. This company is dishonest and I would not do business with them again.
