Doesn’t really go off the shoulders.

I’m 5’11 and can never find maxi dresses long enough. Not this one though, I can even wear heals if I wanted. Like a few other reviews I read, the cheat is a little tight but not that bad. Fast shipping and good quality. I may order more colors

I love it! I'm 5'4, I weigh 150 and I normally wear a Med/Lrg depending on how lose I want the fit. I ordered a MEDIUM and it fits perfect! Just enough room all around. It's true to size. The material is soft and it fits just like on the model.. The thing that I least liked is that it doesn't stay off shoulder. That can be easily fixed with clothing/body tape :)

Soft, comfy... A bit over sized but perfect for this type of vest. Good quality.
