Great housewarming gift !

Never received my order.

I placed my order on 8/18 and was given an “expected to ship by” date of 8/27. Order was still “in process” as of 9/1 so I emailed company twice then emailed Jane support on 9/4. Seller still did not respond so Jane refunded me on 9/7. I would've happily waited on item but seller was unresponsive.

Shipping was very slow. Blanket was alot smaller than expected but that's my fault for not paying close enough attention to the measurements before buying. My dog's name could have been more prominent. It was done in grey and in thin letters. I don't think it was worth what was paid.
