Alot smaller than I expected. My fault for not reading

They were just like the picture. They have a microfiber feel to them. One out of three towels ordered had a voided white dot in the black area. I bought them all for gifts. I don’t feel comfortable giving that one away. So I have to find another gift for that person due to that spot. I do like them overall.

Your print quality was terrible and you didn’t even center my name. As a designer, I would be ashamed to send this to a client. Quality of the Mat was good, just the graphics were bad and not what it looked like in your post. Maybe you should offer a “proof” before clients order a product they can’t return. I must add that you did me a good deed to make this right… appreciate the great customer service!

Extremely small and the writing of the personalization is blurry!

I ordered these frames for my daughter. When they arrived they were very cute but they were both broken and unusable. I sent two emails to the seller and they didn’t respond. So unfortunate. I’ve seen other reviews on here where others have had the same issue with no response. Will not purchase from them again. Very unprofessional!
