The item arrived broken so I emailed the company to send a replacement. No response yet…that was over 3 days ago. They ship the item in a flimsy bag, no detail it is fragile. It should be sent in a box to prevent the item from breaking. It was a good gift for a teacher, too bad :( Hopefully I will get my money back or a replacement!
