I ordered the large size for my pomeranian. Should of purchased a small. Either way the quality is great and looks just like the picture.

Wow these are better in person and wish I had order more for gifts. Great for bridesmaids, coworkers, and anyone. I sure hope they come back.

I wanted 2 separate tags with just one name on one and the other name on the other tag...but both names are on both tags front and back

I ordered this as a Christmas gift. The product arrived with the capital and lowercase letters in the name incorrect. I reached out and they said they would correct and send a replacement. I received the replacement and it was the exact same as the first, ex: Ordered “Ava” and it came “AVa.” I contacted them again and they said that is the way the font is. Had I known this, I could have canceled/asked for a refund or had the capitalization different in the second one. I feel embarrassed to give this as a personalized gift due to the capitalization issue.

I give 4 stars bc they are cute and shipping was quick. But they say it comes with “freshies” meaning one of the items does not have a smell, good or bad! So, I was expecting something to hang in the car and smell good. I’ve got something to just hang & match my cute car coasters.
