Not nearly as thick of a towel as I thought...hoping they're absorbent.

Very slow shipping

OH MY GOSH, so perfect. LOVE THESE coasters!

Unfortunately, I paid for a product I didn't receive. Immediately after I submitted my order, I realized that my shipping address was incorrect (we recently moved). I emailed the seller twice to see if I could update my address. I didn't receive a reply to either email. A few days later, I received a shipping notification email. I again emailed the seller to confirm that my change of address request was received. The seller emailed back promptly and told me that address changes must be done through Jane. This was not communicated the previous two times that I had emailed or I would have contacted Jane to address the issue. I understand that this was an error on my part, but I would have appreciated a response to my initial emails so that I knew other steps needed to be taken. The package was delivered to the wrong address and I was charged for a product I never received.
