Received wrong name printed, printing error not mine, I emailed shop never received email back sent another email saying I would contact Jane.com got a response that they put new cover in the mail late the day before. Unprofessional

While the pillow is great, I had forgotten one name that should have been included on the pillow and when I reached out immediately after placing the order to correct it, your contact tried to reach the seller to make the adjustment but they never responded back and when I received the pillow yesterday, the name that I wanted added to the pillow was not on it - therefore, one of the grandkids name is not included which is embarrassing when I give the gift to my mother for Easter.
