Received wrong name printed, printing error not mine, I emailed shop never received email back sent another email saying I would contact Jane.com got a response that they put new cover in the mail late the day before. Unprofessional
The customer sent us an email about a misspelling on April 10 and we mailed a replacement on April 11 and it was delivered on April 14. The customer claims we never responded to her email, but in our email feed, we did respond to her..twice. To let her know her replacement was in the mail. We take great pride in our quality customer service and unfortunately, mistakes happen. But we work diligently to correct all mistakes as quickly as possible, just as we did here. We are sorry you are still unhappy.
