The connected they include is cheap. The tag fell of within a day of my dog wearing it. I emailed the seller and they said they are not responsible after I receive it. So it's lost because the connecter was too cheap to hold the tag on. I connected it with pliers and it looked great, but now it's lost after a day 😡
