I recently ordered one of these personalized family pillows. I understand that you do not issue refunds, but I wanted to express how very disappointed I was in the quality of this pillow. The names were not centered on the pillow, and the material/pillow were very cheaply made. I feel that I did not get value for what I paid. I will be VERY unlikely to recommend or purchase anything from your company again.

Item was shipped but unfortunately it was in our postal service vehicle that caught fire the day it was to be delivered. Contacted the seller several times with a copy of a letter from our postal service stating what happened. Seller never responded. Contacted Jane support who then contacted seller. Still no response from seller. Jane support kindly refunded my money. Not satisfied with seller.
