Cheaply made. Wouldn't stay together.

I wouldn't leave any stars if I could. This has been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The ID tag that I ordered shipped on November 8th. It is November 30th and I still don't have it. I filed a missing mail report with the post office, was contacted by the post office and was told that the item was never received at my post office. When I contacted the seller for a refund or replacement, I was instructed by the seller to call the post office daily until they find it because it appeared that the package was closer to me than it was to them. The tracking status online shows that the last known destination was in Chattanooga, TN. I live in Kansas and the seller is located in Tennessee. It is a waste of time for me to call and be placed on hold for the majority of my lunch break when the post office has already said they do not have the package. I will not order anything from this seller simply due to poor customer service.

Very soft and well made blanket.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The monogramming was done incorrectly, I sent in a picture of how it was done, and then never heard back from customer service. I want a refund but there is no way to get a response from the seller.

It was perfect size for my little yorkie. I loved it! I will purchase other ones later
